兴进实业颇有“学院派”风格,在桂林开发的楼盘主要以高端住宅为主,也有刚需楼盘,现在的兴进实业也试图转型,在七星区打造社区CBD,此外,兴进在福隆园的大型旧城改造项目也将大有可有。房企大变革的形式下,兴进也在描绘自己的新海蓝。

花样年是首批进驻桂林的百强房企,目前只开发了两个楼盘,分别是花样年花样城、花样年麓湖国际社区。恒大开发的楼盘为桂林恒大广场。
